Perhaps a test in CI for different versions of Python? Would have caught this before release.
Every time I come back to this project I find myself rehashing the same issue. Why is there no documentation of where new apps should go? It's not immediately clear...

It's been fixed by Grocy, the add-on just needs to use the new version.
