try disabling Anti-Aliasing in the game's menu if you haven't already. Doesn't 100% fix it but it still looks clearer. MSAA seems to make the scopes look worse with FFR.

After some testing I'm pretty sure it's only with black ops. Wobbly Life (Unity Engine, DX11) didn't have issues and and Half-Life 2 (Source Engine, DX9) also didn't have issues....
