Wild Boars overpopulating and lagging the server.

I disabled their breeding settings under the "Nerf Settings" section, so hopefully that'll help. But I suggest a breeding check for nearby boar population for wild breeding.

Potions, milk buckets, and stews sometimes don't return their containers.
