Alright, it seems turning down Jitter Speed has fixed the flashing/strobing as a workaround for now at least. https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/6ded1fc9-8335-42fe-a39e-e3d9a1abf779
Nevermind, it's come back, and disabling TAA entirely is the only way to fix it.
