为什么不能把上传的图片存在数据库里，或者直接存在服务器的文件系统里呢？ 笔记是长时间保存的，而图片链接很容易失效。据我所知，internet上的图片链接平均有效期不超过12个月。
一个自部署图床，以及在memos里达到github编辑器类似的拖拽式上传交互，开发起来工作量不小吧。 > 正确的做法是将服务器（server）与资源管理服务器（cdn）分开 这个「正确做法」的背后逻辑假设和context，是否同样适用于一个**私密、持久化、简易部署**的应用，这里需要打个问号。
BTW，微博、微信、flomo、twitter、facebook等等，不都是直接上传图片的吗？为什么只有GitHub采用了「正确做法」？

有一定道理。 但我的理解是： flomo把最常用的编辑功能放到了`...`菜单，是因为双击编辑被设计为主要触发方式。 建议alternative方案： 1. 双击文字区域选中，双击空白区域编辑 2. 每条的`...`旁边增加一个edit按钮 请参考。

And it seems [Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel](https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel/) can work on Core too (untested). You only have to add a explicit translation sometimes for some reason, like this: `Worksheet ws = (Worksheet)wb.Sheets[1];`
