Instantiating a new instance of an entityFor constructor might be ignoring `optional` flags in children of required objects.

With some additional support landing in Node 10 for regex lookaround assertions, perhaps support for generating strings based on regexps containing lookarounds can improve.

Add optional "forceSequential" flag to batch request payload.

This adds the ability to force a specified batch of requests to be run sequentially even without pipelining. This is done on a per-request basis, as proposed in #85 .

We are currently using bassmaster, and it's working great for us. In some testing environments though it would be super helpful for dubugging if we could force the batch requests...
