According to [api.go](https://github.com/mudler/LocalAI/blob/abd678e147e29ab46a038d28c4806768b2b7cde5/api/api.go#L198) CORS env should be [set to true](https://github.com/mudler/LocalAI/blob/abd678e147e29ab46a038d28c4806768b2b7cde5/.env#L16) in order to apply CORS_ALLOW_ORIGINS=... you set
