Exactly the same thing is happening to me on RA 1.15.0. Cant save my configuration without an expandable storage card.
Same thing happens to all three of my V2 DS4 with a double-capacity PAXO battery.
Im experiencing the same issue. I tried latest and 0.5.4. i followed the guide, dumped everything with latest godmode9, installed citra via installer beforehand and it still shows no content.
I have a lot of folders, too, because i downloaded a complete cheats archive, so this sounds like a possible reason. Still cant use threeSD btw.
How did you manage to install it? It tries downloading and when it fails i can only click "retry" which leads to it not being able to download again, or...

since reverting didnt work i copied the script into chatgpt and asked it to walk me through fixing it, the network status indicator works now.
This is a wonderful idea. Like the widescreen hack in Dolphin that expands the visible screen area outside of the normal vita aspect ratio.
