Support nullable types (`@param ?string $rpcParamName`)

@felixfbecker it is PHP7.1 nullable type declaration for parameters and return values syntax: [PHP manual](http://php.net/manual/en/migration71.new-features.php#migration71.new-features.nullable-types)

STOPSIGNAL, ENTRYPOINT [] and CMD

This Dockerfile is not enough to reproduce. I'm trying to find minimal enough set from my real 70-lines multi-target Dockerfile
