Happened to me as well. The device (HS110) is not offline and available while homebridge says that device isn't available.
Wouch saw it also. Reproducible simple without changing library code - just be fast enough (even on the simulator using a trackpad)

Confirming issue, only full removal of `fig` helped. How I've debugged: 1. Ensured that even that `fig` is stopped, it still used zsh (figterminal) in processes. Thats weird, I thought...
I've noticed it as well and it will be super cool to have it in telescope (show current modified buffer version instead of last saved - from the disk)
