It's interesting that this issue seems to be reproducable between Sequel Pro and Sequel Ace. Not just betwee SA beta and SA stable.

What about separating keychain entries with an app(SequelAce) & release(stable/beta) prefix or something like that, so they won't clash and be completely separate, if you store password in one app,...
