The thing is that the variables are just being set as enviornment variables before running docker compose just edit the environment variables in .env file and then just run docker-compose...
this also seems to be an issue with Llama3.2 1B Instruct just using the code above and replacing gemma with llama, I get the following output: 
any fixes to this issue?
