instant-ngp freezes

I delete the cache, but rerun the command. It is again killed, and the cycle repeats itself. Why is the process getting killed the first time over?

Mask stops changing after the second change

This bug is somehow related to https://github.com/comfyanonymous/ComfyUI/issues/6303. If I add `--disable-smart-memory` as mentioned in the issue, then this bug doesn't appear.
