[BUG] flutter_launcher_icons.yaml is ignored if flutter_launcher_icons-<FLAVOR>.yaml is present

I'm having a similar problem, the last run flutter launcher icons overwrites everything on main/res and never touchs the flavors directories, flavoring is correctly configured on build.gradle and it's otherwise...

Hi @dotcink any news on the issue this PR is trying to address? The only reason that the PR is not merged is because of the failed checks?

NoMetaDataParserException can be confusing

Maybe `AbsentMetadataException` would be a bit better at communicating the issue?
