Rebased onto current `develop`, test seem to fail because of run order and not the changes
`` `rake routes`.chomp("\n").split(/\n/, -1) `` is used internally to generate routes annotation content, that's what causes rails to issue the warning (and this will really break with rails 6.1)
@drwl I think we can safely drop rails 4 support (it is EOL anyway, if anyone has an app on it - they can use older versions of annotate), opened...
With new csso itself having them now this should be possible. Will look into it

Csso handles css as strings, it has no way of knowing what the url is going to be, you have to add that line yourself
Yep it is, but default option is supposed to be lighter - sass does not depend on js runtime :(
[execjs](https://github.com/sstephenson/execjs) makes it relatively independent of actual runtime (only speed will differ mostly)
So we can have a community knowledge base with a list of models that people have tried and info on whether a particular model/part number is compatible and settings tried....
