DiscreteScrollView.smoothScrollToPosition(int position) not work sometimes

I have found that the ```pendingPosition``` is always 7 (not ```NO_POSITION``` ), resulting in no work on calling ```smoothScrollToPosition```. 

修改了 xml 资源后不生效

修改了布局文件textview 的 text 属性(其他属性也会) 会提示： ``` Source and reource not changed ``` 然后 activity 也没有 restart

修改回调,把监听的对象返回,方便其他人做二次封装。

首次播放，断开网络后播放，再恢复网络，不能播放（只有重新进入 app 才能播放）

- 操作：断网后点击进入播放->再退出播放页面->再打开网络->进入播放页面。 - 结果：不能播放。 - 期待：正常播放。
