It's not that easy. Basically you can have any amount of configurations that are project dependencies and any amount of configurations that are build dependencies, latter both in the buildscripts...
From a first very brief look I'd say you miss iterating the source sets and iterating their associated configurations.
[This one](https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/a-cookie-manager/) seems to work with WebExtensions and also provides deleting, creating, editing and so on. I didn't try it yet, but maybe this is a sign CM+ could also...

Imho rounding is the better way generally, but it should ensure that it is never rounded to 100%. That's why I opened https://github.com/hcoles/pitest/pull/638 two years ago that fixes exactly that...
I don't know whether it will fix it, but I guess so. I only wanted to fix the html report I think. I don't fully remember as I fixed it...
I'm not sure what you mean. Call pitest with any non-ZIP file as part of the `--classPath` option and it should reproduce.
