Did you try with the first version that received the new layout?
I also have Windows and I can't do it. Could you apply the patch to the current version of Netflix and make it available for download here? Or at least...
If possible, update apps to the current version of Netflix, or at least one version that has the new layout.
Try to fix in versions 6.8.0, 6.24.0 or 6.20.1
