Something went wrong when starting neon dreams

After manually reinstalling my `VScode`, I installed it in the `Download` folder. I fixed the issue and moved `VScode` to the application folder. Don't forget to change the `path`

[nit] Select ARM64 by default in the dropdown if user is visiting from M1
