anyways i think this bug happens if you use CTRL+Scroll to zoom the paddles out, make a lot of rules, and change the screen resolution (such as entering fullscreen)
happened to me too but it also made the grid vanish
by the way this bug isn't important to fix at all, because you can't interact with the world when it's still generating.
