iOS BLE: Can't connect to device

Update: If I try to get list of devices `bluetoothSerial.list()` method returned always empty array `[]`, but if uses https://github.com/don/cordova-plugin-ble-central plugin, method `ble.scan([])` finded some devices and finally device found...
