makeindex 可能导致的编译错误及解决办法

使用 texify 命令编译时发现，可能因为 makeindex 编译失败，原因有二： 1. 含有内联数学内容。解决方法是使用 zhmakeindex 替换 makeindex。怀疑是 makeindex 的 bug。 2. 在 definition 中含有逗号。解决方法是手动定义宏 \comma 替换原来的 ,，这一点已经由我修复。怀疑是 zhmakeindex 的 bug。

框显示错误的问题

限于技术原因，以下精细化排版问题目前无法解决： - 框内的行内公式可能无法正确断行，溢出框外。  - 框内内容不够在当前页显示时，可能会在当前页显示第一行的“解”或“证明”，而剩下的内容另起一页。直观上更好的处理方法应该是把第一行移到下一页。  - 框之后的内容需要另起一页时，框的位置可能会变得尽量靠下。直观上甚至还不知道正确行为应该如何。
