pxz: execution of xz binary failed: No such file or directory

PXZ cant seem to find the xz binary since https://github.com/jnovy/pxz/commit/fa3194ea0bf87ce377d5cec30fdcdb96db750896 Basically making it useless as no compressing or decompressing works. Tested on Ubuntu 18.04.2

That HF is almost always up to date.
