The json structure was changed so "url_encoded_fmt_stream_map" returns null
That was pretty much most of the log minus the whole "Fetching Repo" section in the default log. I noticed some repos were in there that I don't use anymore...

Yeah the game still functions just dalamud is not there, there are settings in the system menu (dalamud plugins / dalamud settings) but they simply do nothing.
Fair enough, I wasn't sure if it should have been something for one of the plugins to handle... (or me to go and fix for them)
