Can you re-join the world after restart, or is the world Bricked?
Try adding redstone dust so that ALL the engines get a redstone control signal.
In your Instance's -> .minecraft/config/fabric folder, Open the indigo-renderer.properties file with a plain-text editor, and set 'always-tessellate-blocks=auto' to =false and see if that helps.
I've seen this issue myself with Fabric API above 0.88.1... (Sodium 0.4.10, Indium 1.0.21, Create 0.5.1-d): (Indigo Renderer: Always-Tesselate-Blocks set to FALSE, & Flywheel: Backend set to OFF Doesn't Help)....
