AttributeError: module 'scanpy.preprocessing' has no attribute 'scrublet'

It works when I update the scanpy version from 1.9.8 to 1.10.1

get_gene_annotation returns Nan

a, the problem solved, "gencode.vM25.chr_patch_hapl_scaff.annotation.gtf.gz" is from mouse gene, I use human gene, that's why all gene is NaN

scglue.data.get_gene_annotation gives many NaN values.

same problem for me, do you solve it?

Error in initiate_grn()

I solved it by setting "exclude_exons = FALSE" for initiate_grn function. I don't know if it will affect the result...
