I tested now 10.2.0, 10.2.4 and 10.2.5. I can say this is broken since 10.2.4. Everything is working fine on 10.2.0

10.3.9 spespe works again. I got this .NET Updates lately but did not change the problems with 10.3.8  => I will update to 10.3.9 now since that works fine.
