Does Million not support Node v23?

git.savannah.gnu.org is down / `Could not resolve host: git.savannah.gnu.org`

+1 `git.savannah.gnu.org` is down >50% of the time I try to update doom :( doesn't show up as down in the [tracker](https://status.doomemacs.org/) though
