Version: mono --version Mono JIT compiler version 4.6.2 MaxQuant version [1.6.12.0] (download from https://maxquant.org/) Solution: I download a previous version (maxquant-1.6.3.4-0.tar.bz2) from (https://anaconda.org/bioconda/maxquant/files). And it works. 

Thanks, blahoink. I had seen somebody already submit the same error to the developers but no solution yet. Maybe they will fix it in the next version.
