That is interesting, i would have thought it would work, if both had the same DLC. Do i understand it correctly, that both own the same DLC Green Cities, but...
The bug is probably caused by the infoindex pointing at different prefabs, it could make it harder to support DLC's and custom assets, we will have to see :)
It should be posible to do using Harmoni
