I'm having the same problem. Code that worked in python 3.7 bleak 0.6.1 windows 10 (like 1903 or so) no longer works in python 3.9 bleak 0.12.1 windows 10 20H2....
The coral TPUs have only 8 *megabytes* of memory. Their main advantage is that they do about 4 trillion operations per second while drawing one watt.
