Not server side disconnection player if client exceeded 'messageslimit'

New 6 GB VRAM limit causes huge problems => Map, players, vehicles disappearing

It also occurs on an empty server with no mod content after being in the game for a longer time.

player.model not working after reconnect

Still occurs on 16.3.1-rc.1, developing character creator currently is **NOT** nice experience. It works correctly with JSv2 module in compatibility mode, but not without it.
