I use hardware and an authenticator app as backup in case I left my usb key at home. I would love to have the same way on nextcloud too.
@obrb that's how I currently work around that issue as well. Still not something I would **trust** an end-user with.

I would think that most actual malware isn't directly sent over the messenger itself. I would suspect a lot of stuff happening with links to external pages, pdf files, etc....
I tinkered a bit with that stuff and switched over to crowdsec reading from journald. Pattern writing was way easier using grok than regex.
This looks like the postgres server has a prefilled pg_hba.conf file in /matrix - can you search for that one?
