Powering on Steam Controller crashes Steam

Still having the issue on my Arch PC (Bluez 5.77) but not on my Deck (Bluez 5.6x). Downgrading Bluez did nothing.

Steam "Create Clip" Controller shortcut doesn't work in Non-Steam Games, both on PC and Deck

Bumping this. Also adding the fact that manual recording and timeline marker shortcuts work just fine, but not the Create Clip shortcut. Custom shortcuts (e.g. R5 to Create Clip) also...

In-game overlay always immediately closes when controller tab is open

I just tested it in Gamescope, and it still happens when I run the game in 1080p, but in 720p, it opens a separate window...
