Importing the note does not fully help, as it seems to create a new copy (instead of using the existing file) and hangs on saving the file, if multipage notes...
For iOS, another workaround is mentioned in #1454. Neither is applicable to the problem in Windows 11. Existing notes can be opened, though, but saving them doesn't work.
Partially related to #12082 Drag-and-drop for selected text would also be nice.
