Linker warning for ARM64: `warning: -z relro ignored`

I got the same warning using the approach for ARM64 as specified in https://unikraft.org/guides/internals using GCC 11 `/usr/lib/gcc-cross/aarch64-linux-gnu/11/../../../../aarch64-linux-gnu/bin/ld: warning: -z relro ignored` I looked through the code and noticed [Makefile.uk](https://github.com/unikraft/unikraft/blob/d234fb09653b3b258eed206e6ae5818e4fa7bca3/Makefile.uk#L29)...
