I stumbled upon this while trying to get the same example to work. I didn't see any error message, but for some reason the node subprocesses on my machine appear...
Having the same issue. Sometimes it works after restarting the bot, but most of the time the window stays open indefinitely.

I've got the same issue, but in my case it's propably because it's running inside a lxc container.
Might be worth a shot updating CUDA to 12.x. What gpu were you trying to run this on?
I also ran into this issue quite a while ago and I can also confirm that this solves the issue.
