SyntaxError: Unexpected token 'export'

I'm using node version v14.15.4 and NextJS 12.0.7, with react 17.0.2, and when I try to import anything, it gives me that error:  Did anyone manage to solve it?

Can't use it in NextJS (Global CSS cannot be imported from within node_modules.)
