I've got the same issue (using the App Store version), Cmd+Shift+V works, I can scroll throw the copied values, but previously I could simply take my fingers off the hot...
Sorry for the super late reply, but yes, confirming that this fixed it. 😁 I removed Flycut from under Security & Privacy -> Accessibility Then I closed and reopened Flycut...
