As @paudav mention above it was connected with exception raising. There is an [pull request](https://github.com/luisobo/Nocilla/pull/108). Error is returned instead of raising an exception

I think when you set `notifyOnNetworkStatusChange: true` then `onCompleted` will be called after `fetchMore`.
