** (Mix) Invalid Elixir version requirement ~> 1.0 in mix.exs file

I have elixir installed, however, while i'm running mix deps.get command it threw the above error message, how do i successfully run this application on my machine ?.

I have hardly had deployed any project from github in local machine, can someone help me how to do it once ? Thanks a ton.

Is there anyway to persist uploaded image ?

Let's say we have a stepper and user uploads image and goes to next step. When user goes back to previous step, Image wouldn't stick to where it was uploaded....
