I tried something similar, whole balance, and got not enough funds/invalid fee. Just try balance-1 and it should go through. Not ideal, but a workaround.
This may also be a workaround for my own issue of not a being able to sweep keys. #18
I was able to sweep the keys by setting the fee in settings to 0.1. It's not a per kb fee, it's actually the total fee.
It's an application and executable. Something went wrong with your file system, maybe during un-zipping. Are you using the built in windows unzip? Or if your using Linux then right...
