Crashlytics is awesome, though. Honestly supporting an F-Droid build is unnecessary work. Majority if Android users use the Google Play Store to get apps.
How do you send proper debug logs without the useful crashlytics though?

There is not much that can be done about this. The client will start parsing as soon as data is received, and will continue to parse until the data feed...
