I have created the PySFML PyPI package in 2015 and haven't updated it. If anyone is willing to maintain it, I'd be pleased giving access to it.
@LaurentGomila Would you still like to have this as a window style? I'm not sure if that fits here, as "minimized" is a state, not a style property.
What about postponing this to SFML 3?
