QQ，微信视频无法调用电脑摄像头

微软平板Surface pro7 ，目前猜测是摄像头设备的问题。 Surface设备管理器里摄像头只有一个Avstream,我猜测无法直接调用使用(可能因为是前后双摄或者是其他原因)。 同时我发现智慧快录是可以正常调用摄像头的，但设备名称并不是AvStream而是Surface Front Camera 。 因此我摄像能否创建一个虚拟摄像头驱动替代AvStream来调用Surface Front Camera 。 或者能否更改华为电脑管家多屏协同默认的调用设备? 同时，我查询到是HwMirror.exe调用的摄像头。 请问作者大大有没有好的建议？
