Well now some users are displayed but it is stuck at 31 and the version is not shown correctly

Can confirm. Similar issue: https://github.com/IntellectualSites/PlotSquared/issues/3050 problem is not resolved for me though.
This Issue can be closed due to it being fixed by paper
