Instant bomb when I click on the Map button

It seems to happen when my joystick isn't being detected or sometimes when I reconnect it to a different port. Wish it wouldn't cause a fatal error.

I've been facing the same issue with every authentication method, however I haven't tried with newer versions of CUA so some of what I was facing may have been fixed.
