Add --pretty flag for array outputs in cli

- Use [table-cli](https://www.npmjs.com/package/cli-table3) for this.

Add more unit tests for Storage and Network

- Follow the same pattern used in the existing unit tests

Should display JSON arrays in a table view

- Add cli command option to add Region and API version ( might be different in Azure and GCP)

- Add [nock ](https://www.npmjs.com/package/nock) package to mock API call

- Might have to look for an alternative for ora.
