IsMsgDeviceEvent never returns true

I was wondering when writing the extension methods why is the sender object not included? the sender is not always the target object of the extension method.

Transparent calendar and panelClass bug

The calendar is always transparent and using panelClass is not affecting the class of time part in calendar.
