其实有用houghLine做的，但有些车牌没有周线，这些情况都不大适合。另外，如果用CNN的话，还倒不如直接把架构直接换了呢，现在又CNN直接从定位到识别一条龙服务的。
你的fast_rcnn用的是谁的训练架构？
Hello,@balancap! Could you mind to tell me how to restore the pretrained model in 'checkpoint_path', when the 'checkpoint_path' in your train_ssd_network.py seem to be unused after its declaration?

@zomco Yeah the yolo can do localization and recognition at the same time, but I think the last layer should be a little bit larger.
